PRODUCT INFORMATION

- If a product is sold out, will it be made available again?

As I make each item individually, there are no problems with ordering. Write me an e-mail and I can tell you whether I can make the product again.

- Can I personalize a product?

That's no problem at all. Just send me an e-mail to: uschidoesit@gmail.com and I will get back to you to discuss all the details.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

- Where do you ship to?

I ship all over Europe. If you would like to order a product and want it to be delivered outside of Europe, please write to me. We will find a solution.

- What are the shipping costs?

You can see the shipping costs in your order process. At the end of the checkout, you will see an overview.

- How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, it can take up to 3-6 working days until you receive your product. It is best to always check your shipment tracking. Within Europe it takes between 4-10 working days.

-What payment methods are available?

You have the option of paying with Paypal, your credit card and by bank transfer.

- When will my product be shipped?

In order to conserve as many resources as possible, I only make each piece of jewelry after you place your order. I want to prevent overproduction and waste, which is why it can take up to 3-7 working days for your unique piece to be made and shipped.

- Where is my order?

You can track your order from the moment it is dispatched using the tracking function. You will find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please send me an email and I will find out where your parcel is. I will be happy to help you!


RETURNS

- Can I exchange something?

You have the possibility to exchange your product within 2 weeks, please send me an email to: uschidoesit@gmail.com

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

This does not apply if the products were damaged or defective upon delivery.

Return policy

- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- How is the refund processed?

After I have received your returned product and it is in its original condition, I will refund the money to your preferred payment source.
